Location:  MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO

This facility is the fourth office building Tresman Steel has constructed for Ellis Don / Bental Developments in the Mississauga Road and Derry Road area. This office facility is made up of five floors and a mechanical penthouse. The building design consisted of structural steel columns, composite floor system, and a concrete core providing lateral stability to the building. Tresman Steel will supply and install approximately 650 tons of structural steel and joist for this project.
