Tresman Steel was proud to be part of this 143,000 sf new $25M design-build Community Centre for the Town of Cobourg. The programme elements for this project include: a double gymnasium, several multi-use rooms, dedicated seniors and youth centre, child minding centre, community user group office space, a 400 seat NHL size community ice pad, a 2,000 seat multi-purpose event centre which accommodates an NHL size ice pad as well as trade shows and concerts in non-hockey mode.
