Project Description:
45-storey glass and steel condominium Tower with 412 units. The project will be built above three existing brick-clad heritage buildings at 5 Saint Joseph Street, 11 Saint Joseph Street and 9-25 Saint Nicholas Street. Tresman Steels contribution to this project is the support of the historic façade on 5 Saint Joseph Street. 140 tons of structural steel was supplied and installed for this temporary structure.
