Project Description:
This private retirement residence (with 228 units) is part of Village of Tansley which provides accommodation/care for both independent living and long-term care. This project consisted of a 10 story steel framed structure and a low rise “Town Square” structure. Both the gravity support and lateral support system are designed with structural steel. There was a total of 900 tons of structural steel on the project. Tresman Steel fabricated 450 tons. The balance of the steel was fabricated by our joint venture partner.
