Project Description:
Tresman Steel was awarded the structural steel supply contract for the 265 megawatt Thorold Combined Heat and Power Plant. This natural gas and landfill gas fired cogeneration plant is located on the site of Abitibi Consolidated's pulp and paper mill in Thorold, Ontario. Tresman Steel supplied approximately 500 tons of structural steel and miscellaneous metals for the project.
