Tresman Steel Industries Ltd. supplied and installed approximately 1,825 tons of structural steel, 673 tons of open-web steel joists (OWSJ), and 575,000 square feet of metal decking. The project spans a total gross floor area of 575,000 square feet, featuring warehouse and manufacturing spaces along with 20,000 square feet of office space. It also includes an extensive catwalk system designed to support multiple future mezzanines within the building. The structure boasts a central 85-foot-high bay, providing impressive vertical clearance.
